Shark Bait is a wrestling practice timer published by W859 ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information the Shark Bait mobile app handles. The short version: we don't collect your personal data. For how the StartWrestling.com website handles information, see its website privacy page.
What we do not collect
The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics. We do not collect, store, or sell:
- Names, email addresses, or any contact information
- Location data
- Usage analytics, behavioral profiles, or advertising identifiers
- Contacts, photos, or any other on-device content
What stays on your device
Your drill settings and saved practice presets are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.
Crash reports
If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report is sent to us through Firebase Crashlytics, a service operated by Google. A crash report contains technical information such as the device model, operating system version, app version, and the technical state of the app at the moment of the crash. It does not include your name, email, precise location, or your drill settings. We use crash reports for one purpose: fixing bugs. Children
Shark Bait is intended for coaches and athletes and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
Email you send us
If you email feedback@startwrestling.com or dev@startwrestling.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to respond and to improve the app, and we don't share it with anyone.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what data is handled (for example, when in-app purchases are introduced), we will update this policy and the app-store privacy labels before that version ships.
